Public Notice vs Delinquent Disruption

This is a great example of proper procedure and its importance. If we get 95% of the work right but 5% wrong, it can negate the entire effort. The Supreme Court tells us we must be “belligerent claimants”, but that doesn’t mean disruptive. We must be belligerent claimants following proper decorum and procedure. That being said, the efforts of the “disruptive” people to remove the Maricopa Board of Supervisors was apparently successful, the latest word is the entire board of supervisors retired in one letter on Feb. 29!!
